For construction use, the function of the triply shuttering panel is the same as Film Faced Plywood, in various Countries, constructions adopt alternative Film Faced Plywood, Three Ply Shuttering Plywood or 3 Ply Shuttering Panel. Three layers Shuttering panels are made of three Ply with thickness of 9mm fir wood strips of each ply.

Glue: water-repellent of melamine / WBP glue
Sanding: Double faced sanded and coated Density: 425kgs /M3
The Moisture content is less than 10%
The 1st and the 3rd ply grain are arranged at right angles to the second ply
Gluing is made with high temperatures and pressure.
Both sides of the panels have a melamine protection in light yellow color and alkaline proof to avoid humidity.
